Barbgaunts serve as living weapons, their forms and organic cannons controlled by a pulsating ganglio-parasite that carries them into combat. Upon arrival, they release bursts of chitinous barbs that explode with intense muscle spasms, striking nearby foes with a storm of sharp, piercing projectiles.
This multipart plastic kit assembles five Barbgaunts—Tyranid creatures designed as living artillery. Each hunched, gaunt figure is fused with a grotesque barblauncher, supported by five sturdy limbs that stabilize the weapon, while the sixth limb is a small, underdeveloped talon. These powerful beasts are guided by cerebral parasites, with fleshy tendrils embedding into their eyeless skulls to control their organic armaments.
This kit includes 20 plastic parts and five Citadel 40mm Round Bases. The push-fit miniatures can be put together without glue. This kit comes supplied unpainted and requires assembly - we recommend using Citadel Colour paints.
